1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop TradeAll (https://tradeall.shop/).

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€) including statutory VAT (if applicable).
Payments are made via the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are product-dependent and will be displayed during the ordering process.
Partial deliveries are permissible, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the ordering process. Shipping may be free of charge above a certain order value (if offered).
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of TradeAll until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Liability
We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
11. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
